Effective Listening and Questioning

A Training module such as this will enable the delegates to have an improved quality of communication with their staff and colleagues. It covers the skills involved in listening and the types of questions suited to different situations.


Coaching Skills

To ensure the best possible performance from staff they need to understand how they are performing and what is expected from them. The most effective way of ding this is coaching, and this session will cover the techniques of agreeing what needs to be done, by when, who and how, and ensuring that development is continuous.


Performance Management, Giving Feedback and Effective Appraisals

Feedback can be the most encouraging experience if given effectively, but so damaging to productivity and morale if handled badly. Training can be provided in using techniques to ensure maximum positive impact.
